Ironman vs. Ultrarunner

    Oh My Gosh- I laughed pretty hard at the part "and I like to shit outdoors"....SO TRUE! Well maybe only if the choices were porta potty vs outdoors....I'd take bathroom anyday....but not during a race...well except ws100 when I actually went into some random high school at forest hill aid staion....probably took at least 4 minutes off my time! The 4 minutes I needed to be in the top 10! Blast...
